Do you sell your products wholesale or to ASI distributors?

How will my personal information be used?
When placing an online order, we do ask for your personal information and your credit card information. Your personal information is stored in a secure environment separate from our web site but credit card numbers are never stored. For more details, please see the Privacy and Security section of our web site.
We will send an e-mail message to you to confirm online orders you place.From time to time we may contact you via e-mail with special Successories' promotions. You will always have the option to discontinue these e-mails should you wish.

How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
Your name and address does not become a permanent part of our mailing list unless you place an order or request a catalog from us. If you do not want your name to be on our mailing list, go to our Manage Subscriptions page to opt out of the mailing list.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Your business is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer care department at 1-800-535-2773 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday or email anytime to customerservice@successories.com (please include your order number).

What is the return and exchange policy?
THE SUCCESSORIES GUARANTEE:

If your order was placed by credit card, a refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned merchandise, less shipping charges. Please allow 30-60 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or a refund check to be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt.

What do you do with the pictures and logos I upload?
We do not do anything with any of the files you upload other than produce the products you order. We understand that all logos and pictures are property of user uploading them. Please see Terms & Conditions for more details.

Can I copy or reproduce one of your photos?
We cannot authorize the reproduction of our products or any of their elements.

Where do you find photography used in your products?
We are continually searching the world for inspiring photography for use in our various products. While some photos are directly commissioned, many of our images have been the result of searching the portfolios of professional photographers.

Will you consider using my photographs?
While we receive countless requests to consider photos, we only work with a select group of professional photographers which meet the visual standards and technical requirements our high quality, large size lithographs demand. Will you accept my quotation or product idea?
The company employs a team of people who are dedicated to the research, design, and procurement of proprietary recognition ideas. To guard against any misunderstanding, we have adopted a policy of not accepting any unsolicited suggestions, quotations, poems or other concepts from people outside the company. But now with DYRshop.com you can put your writings and image on your own customized recognition products.

Can I ship my order internationally?
We are currently unable to process online orders for customers in areas outside of the U.S. and Canada. However, you may submit International orders via telephone. Please call 1-800-535-2773

Can I cancel an order after it's been submitted?
Yes, most orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment; however due to he unique manufacturing process of some of our products, your engraved/customized merchandise is not refundable, and may not be canceled, changed, returned or exchanged once final approval has been submitted for your order.

When will my order arrive?
Your order's time of arrival is Processing Time plus Shipping Time. All orders take between 2-3 days to be processed before they are shipped. Products with additional production time are indicated in your cart. Products needing final art approval take 1-2 days to create proof for art approval. Production time doesn't begin until final art approval.

How do I check the status of my order?
We will be happy to provide you with the status of your order via phone or e-mail. Simply go to the Contact Us portion of this website or call us at (800) 535-2773 to speak with one of our Customer Service representatives available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

I can't find an item on your site, how can I find it?
You can use our Search Box to find the item you are looking for. If you areunable to locate the item, it may be discontinued or is no longer available.However, you can call us at 1-800-535-2773 between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm pm(EST) Monday-Friday and we will attempt to locate the item for you

Do you accept company purchase orders?
Yes, we will accept a purchase order of $250 or more from your company withapproved credit and subject to terms and conditions.

Can I get a copy of the invoice for my expense report?
Yes, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of an invoice via fax,mail, or e-mail. Simply call us at 1-800-535-2773 or submit your request to AR@successories.com.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept payment on terms for businesses with orders over $250.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added only to orders shipped to the state of Florida. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.
Canadian Orders:
You are responsible for all Taxes, Duties & any Brokerage Fees due related to the shipment. As the broker for these shipments, the carrier may contact you to discuss additional charges.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the US and Canada via UPS or FedEx Ground. APOs will ship via USPS.

Will you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Of course we will. We understand that motivation and recognition happens everywhere all the time so we'll ship your order directly to your recipient(s).

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
To ship to multiple locations you'll have to place multiple orders. The checkout process only allows for a single shipping destination. Simply breakup your order and checkout as needed. Or place your order with a Successories Representative!

Can I ship my order to an APO?
Of course you can! Our shipping department will ship all APOs via USPS.

What if I want to change something about my order?
We produce our orders quickly and proficiently, so if there is something you'd like to change you have to let us know right away. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-535-2773 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

How long does it take to get my imprinted items?
Most imprinted items ship 10 days after you've approved your artwork. Theproduct lead times are shown on the product pages and during checkout. Therefore,the sooner you approve your artwork, the sooner your items will ship. You'llalso receive faster service if you provide artwork that meets thespecifications outlined under Art & Logo Requirements. Artwork that meets these specifications does not takeadditional time to prepare. Artwork that does not meet these specifications mayrequire additional time and cost for manipulation.

What products can I imprint?
Many of the products we sell can be easily customized with your company logo or message. If you have questions as to whether a product we offer can be customized, please see the product information page, or call us at 1-800-535-2773.

Do I need to pay a set-up fee for every piece I order?
No. The set-up fee applies to every die, not to every piece or image that you order. The same die will work for all items within a product category. For example, a single die will work for all framed prints. The exception to this rule is padfolios, mousepads and folders. Because the imprinting size is the same, a single die will work for all three. Your die(s) will remain on file at Successories for 2 years so that you can continue to imprint items without paying additional set-up fees. Setup charges may be repeated on reorders by drop ship vendors.

Can I fax my logo?
We cannot accept logos via fax. A faxed image, or an image from letterhead or a business card, isn't high contrast or very clear, and won't reproduce well. Please provide your artwork as described under Art & Logo Requirements.

Can I send electronic formats other than those listed?
Yes, but the listed formats are guaranteed to work with our system and can be expedited the fastest and without additional charges beyond the set-up fee.We are willing to try other formats, but can't guarantee that they will work.The formats listed are quite common and are likely available through your organization. Converting simple logos requires a $25 fee. More detailed logo scan be reproduced but require a $75 per hour artwork charge.

Can I imprint logos only, or messages, too?
You can imprint logos or messages. For example, if you have a corporatetheme, we'd be happy to print that for you.

Can I return imprinted items?
Because of their custom nature, you cannot cancel, exchange, change orreturn imprinted items once you have approved your artwork.

Can I choose the placement of my logo?
Under the Product Specifications for each imprintable item, you'll find adescription of where the imprinting will be placed. The placement on each itemwas chosen by our design staff so that your logo does not cover the quote orimage.

Absolutely! We've tested our easy to use interface with thousands people from industry specialists to Grandma Molly to insure that Create Your Own is easy, fun, and flexible. What used to take tons of faxes and phone calls is now quick and easy because you are in control. What you create is what we make. Our WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) platform ensures your vision arrives in your hands FAST and CORRECT. The days of art department miscommunication and back-and-forth proofing is behind us.

What are the minimum image size for uploaded images?
All of the images in our collection are at 300 dpi and sized for each individual product. We recommend not uploading an image, that after its resized to fit the product falls below 132 dpi. Below is a chart describing minimum image size for each product, but we all know, bigger is better.

Can you PMS match my logo?
Yes we can! Colors and details are vivid with our state of the Art Printing Press.

What file formats can I upload?
You can upload either a .jpg or .png. We suggest uploading your largest, high quality images. You'll get a warning if your image isn't of a high enough resolution for a high quality print. We also suggest uploading logos as .png since the file format allows for transparent background. If you have a .eps logo, we'd be happy to convert it for you, just email contactus@successories.com with your logo and we'll send it back to you ready to go.

My images/logos are in the wrong file format, can you help?
If you have a logo or picture in a different file format than a .jpg or .png, we are happy to convert it for you, just email contactus@successories.com with your file and we'll send it back in the appropriate file format. Our support staff can only change the file format, not the resolution of the file.

Can other customers see my uploaded files and designs?
Not without you sharing. We have the ability for you to share designs and proofs saved to your accounts. If you don't share, no one can see!

Do you keep my artwork on file?
If you create an account, you can save your uploaded images and logos. With an account, you can also save designs and access previous orders.
