Ordering and Shipping Information


We offer four easy ways to shop:
 
Online:
  • Browse our items by Product or Theme or you can use our Search.
  • For detailed steps on how to place your order see How to Shop Online.
  • Please note that we are currently unable to process on-line orders for countries outside of the U.S and Canada. See Non-U.S. Orders below for alternative ordering options and information.
 
Phone:
Place an order toll-free by calling (800) 535-2773, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, or Saturday 8 am to 2 pm (CST).
 
Fax:
You may fax a completed order form toll-free, 24 hours a day: (800) 932-9673. (Please allow 2 business days to process before shipping.)

Payment Methods:
Successories accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club. Checks and money orders are accepted by mail only.
Shipping Information:
 
  • Most items that ship via standard (or ground) service will arrive within 7-10 business days of order receipt (subject to stock availability). For faster service, Express and Express Economy shipping are also available.
  • Items ordered at the same time may ship separately (due to size and packaging constraints), but there will be no additional shipping charges.
  • We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes—a physical address is required for shipment delivery.
  • Standard (or ground) service is not available for shipments to: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. You may ship to these locations via Express Economy or Express (special rates may apply).
  • If you require Overnight Priority service, please call (800) 535-2773 to place your order.
  • For shipments to Canada, please see the section titled Canadian Orders below.
  • Orders with multiple Ship To addresses cannot be processed online. You may submit these orders via fax, mail or call (800) 535-2773.

3-Day Express Service
We've reduced the production time on over 250 personalized and customized product options in our awards selection to just three business days for even faster service. Items which qualify for this service are noted in the copy and under the price.
 
  • Please include your engraving instructions and all camera-ready artwork (if applicable) with your order. If this is not done, or the submitted artwork is not in compliance with our artwork specifications, your order may be delayed. Production time for 3-Day express Service items begins from the date the final artwork is approved.
  • Allow additional time for shipping. Actual delivery date depends upon the shipping method you select. If express shipping is required, please select the appropriate method of shipping. Additional time may be needed for large quantity orders.
  • All orders are subject to product availability.
 
Tax Information
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of Illinois and to orders shipped into Canada. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order. Orders shipped within Illinois will be charged a flat 8.25%.
 
Non-US/Canadian Orders

We are currently unable to process online orders for customers in areas outside of the U.S. and Canada. However, you may submit International orders via fax, mail or e-mail.

Canadian Orders:
The Canadian pricing found on our website is the same as that found in the current version of our Successories catalog. The amount shown will be the exact amount you will be charged. Most items ship from our fulfillment center within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping charges for our standard shipping option are 17% of the order total, with a minimum charge of $9.95. Shipping charges for our expedited option are based on the weight of the order, please call (800) 535-2773 for these charges. There may be occasion for orders to be sent in multiple shipments, but there is no additional charge. Shipping options with delivery times from placement of order are:
