About The Author
Roger Martin is a strategy consultant, as well as a business professor and Dean for 15 years. His passion is exploring mysteries related to the ways humans think about or model the world. He has explored how we conceptualize strategy influence the way we do or do not to create useful ways to guide an organization's actions. In each of his books, he makes an attempt to understand a particular way in which thinking can get in your own way, and provides specific advice for addressing that challenge.
