I used this to recognize student workers at a university. I loved the design and the size of the award. It wasn't huge, but wasn't too small either. I wished it had been a little larger, but that's not a huge deal to me. The engraving plate makes the ordering and shipping extremely fast and Successories worked to get my product to me by the date of my event!
