Listen to Your Employees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First and foremost, listen to your employees. What\ndo they like about the company and their job? More importantly, what don\u2019t they\nlike, and how can you try to fix their problems? Have an open-door policy, and\nmake your employees feel like they can talk to you, whether it\u2019s chatting at a\ncoffee shop or just in your office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Recognize Employees\u2019 Accomplishments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your employees work hard at their jobs. From time to\ntime, take the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments, recognizing the\nwork they put in.
