virtual holiday festivities you may have planned.&nbsp; True, they might not be permanent employees, but their contributions matter too, and it\u2019s just good form to make sure they\u2019re feel less a part of your organization than your other employees and if you\u2019re looking for a simple, surefire way to boost their morale and productivity, then including them in this year\u2019s holiday celebration is an excellent way to do just that.&nbsp; For a nominal investment in a little gift basket or other small token, you\u2019ll see an outsized boost in the work they deliver for
