Although the pandemic is slowly fading from the forefront of our lives, it\u2019s not gone yet, and it almost certainly won\u2019t be by Christmas.\u00a0 That means that the traditional Christmas party is probably going to have to be put on hold for another year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if it wasn\u2019t, the odds are good that many, if not most of your employees are still working from home at this point, and in person gatherings are difficult, if not outright impossible to arrange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With all of that in mind, this year\u2019s Christmas party will likely be virtual, if it happens at all, and gift giving will likely happen in isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
