Recognition matters.&nbsp; Connection matters, and hosting a celebration aimed squarely at your customer service team is a great way to deliver both of those to your hardworking employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The celebration doesn\u2019t have to be extravagant and it doesn\u2019t have to tie up the whole day.&nbsp;
