Halloween is fast approaching and if you\u2019re like many managers, you want to do something special to mark the occasion.\u00a0 Halloween is, after all, one of the most popular holidays in the United States, consistently ranking in the top ten as measured by number of participating households.\u00a0 Although there are more popular holidays, few are as much fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem, however, is this:  Many companies still have significant percentages of their workforce operating out of their homes.  If you want to celebrate Halloween as a company, how can you do that while making it fun and engaging for your remote staff?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s an excellent question and exactly why we wrote this piece.  Here are some ideas you can implement to make sure your Halloween celebration is memorable for your remote employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have A Virtual Watch Party<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost everybody has a favorite Halloween movie.  One great way to celebrate the season is to take a poll in advance of the party and select the 1-2 most popular movies, then \u00e5watch them together in either an Amazon Prime Watch Party, or on Rave, or some other app that allows shared streaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, to enhance the experience, you should absolutely send candy gift bags to your employees to give them something to much on while you\u2019re watching the chosen movie together.  A guaranteed fun time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take A Virtual Ghost Tour<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
