Above and Beyond Achievements
Our laboratory instituted an Above and Beyond award for employees who exceed expectations. This is a peer award, and greatly valued. We have had Above and Beyond pins made for this recognition, but while nice, they seemed inadequate. Imagine my delight when I found the Above and Beyond pads and pens from Successories! They make the award all the more welcome, as now recognized employees have evidence on their desk of their peer achievement and recognition. They have made a very welcome addition to this award for all concerned.
