About Silk Screening
A stencil method of print making whereby a mesh stencil is used to transfer ink onto a product. Ink is
moved across the screen to fill the open mesh stencil, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to
touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to hit the product as the
screen is pulled back.
We use standard ink colors to accommodate a wide array of colors. If a PMS Color match is requested add
$50.00 per PMS color. PMS Color Match cannot be guaranteed on dark-colored items, Stress Relievers or
Stainless Steel items.
About Embroidery
We use a wide variety of standard Madeira thread colors to accommodate nearly every request. Add $0.35 per
item for Metallic Gold & Silver, per 1,000 stitches. For designs exceeding 5,000 stitches, add $35.00
per each additional 1,000 stitches for setup and $0.35 run charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to
the price of the item. For 3D Embroidery add $0.95 per item.

About 3D Embroidery
3D foam (3D Puff) is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving
a three-dimensional look to your embroidery designs. The 3D foam effect is commonly used on garments
that don't require much washing like hats. We use a wide variety of standard Madeira thread colors to
accommodate nearly every request. Add $0.35 per item for Metallic Gold & Silver, per 1,000 stitches. For
designs exceeding 5,000 stitches, add $35.00 per each additional 1,000 stitches for setup and $0.35 run
charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the item. For 3D Embroidery add .95 per
piece up to 7,000 stitches (1 color, front panel only). For every additional 1,000 stitches add .54 to
the price of the cap. Additional stitch charges also apply to all free tape orders.
About Heat Transfer
Heat Transfer Decorating is a form of product decorating that uses a combination of heat, pressure and
dwell to apply pre-printed graphics permanently to a part.
Heat Transfer Labels are environmentally friendly reverse printed application which are transferred off a
special wax release carrier onto a product through heat and pressure. The results give the impression of
the decoration appearing to be part of the container.
About Pad Printing
Pad Printing is used to transfer a 2D print onto a 3D object. This is accomplished using an indirect
offset printing process that involves the print being transferred from a silicone pad onto the surface
of the item.
We use standard ink colors to accommodate a wide array of colors. If a PMS Color match is requested add
$50.00 per PMS color. PMS Color Match cannot be guaranteed on dark-colored items, Stress Relievers or
Stainless Steel items.
