The tracking label will be applied to the inside back hem of each youth shirt in one color and will contain our compliance phone number and the sales order number both printed in a 12 pt font. About 3D Embroidery

3D foam (3D Puff) is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidery designs. The 3D foam effect is commonly used on garments that don't require much washing like hats. We use a wide variety of standard Madeira thread colors to accommodate nearly every request. Add $0.35 per item for Metallic Gold & Silver, per 1,000 stitches. For designs exceeding 5,000 stitches, add $35.00 per each additional 1,000 stitches for setup and $0.35 run charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the item. For 3D Embroidery add .95 per piece up to 7,000 stitches (1 color, front panel only). For every additional 1,000 stitches add .54 to the price of the cap. Additional stitch charges also apply to all free tape orders.
