The product is good quality, trendy and fun. The tote was a really nice size, perfect for the little extras we need often. I ordered a few for two different locations. I even made an error in the address and customer service was able to correct and redirect magically. Loved having the additional matching items for purchase, "You Rock" stress ball, etc. Overall, I was extremely happy with my purchase and the gift receivers were equally pleased.
