We are trying to re-create our customer service team globally. Many of our customers are internal (sales reps, etc) and some times it is hard to be customer focused when you are not speaking direct to the end customer. So we have created an on line tool and also a Customer Service wall with motivational statements and quotes from team members to try and keep everyone motivated and customer focused. This poster serves as the focus for our project and is the focal or center piece of our wall.

Our company just moved to a new location. We are a major utility company that serves over 250,000 customers. This image was placed in an area that the employees have to go into the city each day to serve customers. A few employees have commented on reading the poster each day before leaving to serve customers for the day. It is seen as a morale booster through their eyes.
