After receiving the initial order that was damaged, we contacted customer service. They sent out a replacement order of the damaged item very promptly. With a short time til Christmas we were very pleased the item was delivered before then.

Love it! Absolutely beautiful. My son's name is Lincoln and he was recently diagnosed with autism. We saw this poster in the doctor's office the day we got the diagnosis and it hit home. A welcome addition to our house :)
