Perfectly as described.
Product itself is great, but on the day it was shipped the temperature was in the 80's and the chocolate melted. Maybe ship with a freezer packet in the summertime!
I work in the senior living industry and network with a lot of great health professionals at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc. and I am excited to hand them out again this year as gifts to the networking community that I'm involved in!
This is a great "summertime" gift to extend appreciation to a leader who continues to do a great job or to thank someone for a job well done at the end of the year.
Ordering was a breeze! We ordered 150 for our clients and we've had so many compliments about them since we've delivered them. We had a tiny hiccup with some arriving broken... Matt made it right without issue and we got them right away! Excellent customer service!
The gifts were cute, but much smaller than they appeared to be online. The succulent I ordered was so tiny, I had to run out and purchase another gift to go with it. The campfire mug was small, and the soup bowl was so small it looks like it won't even hold the can of Progresso Soup my colleague…
brings for lunch every day. It's like kid sized. Unfortunately, my employees are adults and not kids.
Staff really appreciated receiving the thanks for all you do mugs, S'mores and blankets. They turned out really great.
