  company anniversary. Since their corporate colors are red and blue, it seemed perfect. So I ordered it and had it sent directly to the company.
  
  Unfortunately, the actual product they received hardly looked like the online image. See the attached photo. The very little red it contained was dark and obscured by a blue-black “flame,” which is to say, it didn’t really look like a flame at all. Nor did it contain much dimension or artistic appeal. It’s more like a short, undefined blob. It seems clear the online image was manipulated to misrepresent the actual product and make it look much better,
  
  Even less fortunate was the poor customer service I received when I reached out to express my disappointment. Instead of acknowledging the glaring disparity between the online image and the real thing, Successories sent me photos of the same product sitting in their warehouse, with the claim that individual products will vary slightly from each other, just as their website states.. Of course they will, but that wasn’t my issue. It’s not like I ordered 4 and was complaining that they don’t all look alike. Had I ordered multiples, I never would have expected that anyway.
  
  My issue was that the one I ordered was a far cry from the online image. Simple as that. After @ 2 weeks of back and forth with an unfriendly, non-service-minded rep, I was told I could take the award away from my client and send it back for a full refund, when what I had asked for was a 50% credit for the misleading advertising.
  
  In the end, they reluctantly agreed by saying, “Despite our disagreement with your evaluation of the situation, we have decided to make an exception and grant you a 50% refund.” Look at the attached images and judge for yourself. Sense their tone of voice and decide whether that sounds like good customer service. :) At least my client didn’t receive one of the others in the warehouse. Those were even worse.
  
  With hundreds of choices on where to buy a gift like this, I went with Successories because of their longstanding brand name. Sadly, their attitude about customer service is stuck somewhere back in the days of when they were the only game in town selling framed posters. Next time, I'll use a company with more honesty and integrity.

  The engraving with our logo on the blue base was lovely and added to the prestige of our award program and its presentation. I recommend this item.

  The turnaround time is amazing. Ordered a month in advance, and it came in sooner than expected. The piece is absolutely beautiful, the picture does not do it justice.
