  • I've worked & purchased from Successories for over 20 years. My business just celebrated our 80th in business! I placed a $2100 order & it got shipped to an address that i lived in for only one year in 2011.They pretty much blew me off on getting this order delivered to my business.

Thank you, Bruce, for your many years of business. We truly value the relationship we've had with Berey Bros. over the past two decades, which makes it especially disappointing to hear about this experience.

We do want to clarify one important point for future customers. Your order was delivered on time to the address as confirmed on your order confirmation. Unfortunately, the request to change the shipping address came after the package was already out for delivery, at which point it was no longer possible for us to redirect it before delivery.

We understand the frustration and appreciate that this resulted in additional expense to get the order to its final destination. However, we were not ignoring the situation. Our team worked within the limitations of the carrier's process to help resolve it as quickly as possible.

We stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we're sorry this order did not reflect the level of service you've come to expect from us over the years.

  • Beautiful and motivational framed poster. Very attractive frame.
