Quote: A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. One does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of their actions and the integrity of their intent. In the end, leaders are much like eagles...they don't flock, you find them one at a time.

Thank you.
The True Leader Award was just perfect. It's very a very nice addition to showcase a professional's accomplishments. Additionally, it tells others of your willingness to "go the extra mile."
I'm using it as a Thank You for doing a good job on a legal case.
It's very a classy piece!!!
This was actually nicer than what the picture shows! It's more like a plaque where as it appeared to be more like a statue (fatter) in the picture. This is beautiful with a perfect saying for our boss!
I presented this to an employee and he was very appreciative. The product is beautiful and well made and it actually looks like it cost more than it did.
I started buying this product in January of last year, 2023, to honor a member each month in the church where my husband is the under-shepherd. Every time a member gets their Eagle award they beam with pride. Successories, I appreciate the message that is so befitting to every recipient. 2020…

slammed the world to the wall and it was difficult to know when anyone would be able to bounce back, however, the members of the church stood strong and were still standing after the all-clear was given so that we could get to living our new normal. That said, Thank you all for having a product that mirrors the spirit of each recipient of this prestigious award.
Absolutely beautiful just what I ordered. The price is high but the product is very nice. I think the OCT I'm giving it to well treasure it for many years to come
I called because this product was out of stock. The person assured me I would get it on time. I got my items 3 weeks ahead of schedule. And the quality of the products are way better than expected.
My son is retiring from the military and has accepted a position as a director in a company based on his integrity and leadership abilities. Wanting something to commemorate the occasion, I discovered the products you sell. The desk/shelf ornament really spoke to me because it reminded me of the…

scripture in Isaiah which says that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not grow weary; they shall walk and not faint. My son is a Christian and truly embodies this scripture. The eagle on this stone is beautiful, and I highly recommend it to others.
I chose this product to reflect how my husband and I feel about our church's congregation. On 29 October 2022, my husband was chosen to be the pastor. at the church that we attend, and it was completely unexpected. However, after accepting the nomination, it was mine and my husband's desire to show…

that we would not take our responsibilities to shepherd the flock, the way God intended, lightly. So, with that said, we thought it would be a great idea to honor a member a month and we would close out each month with an Eagle award to the honoree. That's where you all, Successories, come in. When we saw and read the message on the leadership eagle my husband and I were in agreement we could not have said it better. A quality product with an inspiring message, who can ask for more?
Easy to use website to find just what I was looking for. Great communication once the order was received and again when shipped. I was able to get answers to all my questions from the website prior to placing my order - website easy to navigate.
I bought this award for my grandson and was amazed how nice it was. I am so happy that I came across it when looking for something to give my grandson for his amazing Eagle project that he did to receive his Eagle badge. I would definitely recommend this item!
We purchased this for our boss who is leaving for another job. I was impressed with the weight and the overall quality of the piece. Thank you for the fast delivery and the great job done on the piece itself. I would definitely recommend this product and company who is looking for a quality gift.
The plaque turned out beautiful, for our youth pastors. I only wish you would send a picture of what it will look like before production. I was told it would be otherwise very pleased.
This was a gift for our Chief of Staff at his last meeting of his term. This statue is wonderful and sums him up as a leader. Our goal is to make him cry when he receives it and I and my staff believe he will when he reads the words on this award. This is the best gift yet and I have shown our other…

The product was well made and everything it said it would be. This was a gift for our SM and it was different from all of the other trophy's that it was very unique and it was a huge hit
Purchased to recognize friend receiving Humanitarian Award for community work. She not only lived the eagle, but also the flyer that came with it and it's motivational message.
