The set up process & adding our logo was free which was definitely a plus. It was easy to prepare on-line, and communicating with Successories was prompt and accurate. Seeing a proof of the finished product helped tremendously and we received the awards sooner than anticipated. The items came in suitable gift boxes for an outstanding presentation to each member of the team. My only suggestion would be to have the message darker somehow. It was white printing on a clear award. Perhaps black on clear might have been something to consider.
