Great Award, Rough Experience
So the award is great the customer service is ok, but the award came late due to system errors and that was horrible to try and figure out. Some of the customer service people were so kind and understanding, some just were grumpy and not passionate at all. We will be using the company again but maybe calling to order instead.

Ordering a going away gift slipped through the cracks, and we needed something fast. I'm SO glad I found this! My only very minor "complaint" is the 4 lines of personalization are very short, and you can't change the font, but with a one-day turnaround, it's completely understandable. I was concerned it wouldn't be here on time, but I placed my order on a Wednesday, and it was delivered on Monday! If you are contemplating purchasing one of the QuickShip Awards, do it! You won't be disappointed.
