The recipient loved this interactive sculpture. The delicacy of the parts speaks so well to the challenges of maintaining team balance.

Truly disappointed in the size and through it would be larger. Suggestion is to offer different sizes of the sculpture and allow the customer to select. Also found the shipping extremely expensive. The shipping was the same cost of the item.

Motivational statement on magnet was flawed on arrival. Product was replaced but the problem remains. Statement rubbed off after 5 days of my team playing with the magnets. Only way this problem can be fixed is for the company to engrave motivational statement (something I suggested in a follow up email after product was replaced but have had no response since). However, I would not trade the way my team plays with this trophy & competes in the structures they build. This trophy is used as a team player of the month award. I view this trophy as expensive & poorly constructed since the statement will rub off after use. I recommend this trophy for its uniqueness & the interactive play but not for the quality unless it is engraved.
