I bought this as a going-away present for an executive who moved into a new phase of his life and career after 25 years with the company. This gift is surprisingly unique - we wanted to disassemble it to see how it works! It comes fully assembled in a bigger shipping box than expected.

Our boss loves the decision maker! It bounces around several times before it stops and it's fun to guess where it will land. He has already used it several times! I only wish it had a few different plates with more sayings. Would be good to switch them out every so often.
