Kim Fuller
Kim Fuller is the Director of Merchandising at Successories, where she has worked since 2008. She has spent her career in the recognition and awards industry, overseeing product selection, sourcing, and custom design. She is the person who decides what a product can be, what it costs, and where it comes from.
She writes about the material and product side of recognition: what different materials and gift types do well, how a piece is built, and how those choices shape quality and price. She also writes on our sister brand, Awards.com, where she covers the manufacturing side of crystal, glass, acrylic, and metal awards.
