PRIZE: Successories, Inc. ("Successories") is the operator of the website www.Successories.com (the "Website"). Successories will give away one (1) $500 Amazon.com Gift Card (the "Prize") during the Promotion Period (defined below) of its "Write a Review - Win a $500 Amazon Gift Card" (the "Promotion"), in accordance with these Official Rules. THE TOTAL MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD IS: $500 USD.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER: Subject to the "Conditions of Entry," below, there are three (3) ways to enter. You can enter this Promotion online, by email or by regular mail.

1. Online: Enter online at Successories.com by writing a review and submitting your email address to become a "verified reviewer" Entries made via a Successories, Inc website will be deemed to have been made by the owner of the account/email address used.
2. Email entry: Enter via email by sending your review to contactus@successories.com. The email must contain the sku number, your review, and email address. Entries made via email will be deemed to have been made by the owner of the email address used. If you need an email account, free email services are available, such as at gmail.com and hotmail.com. If you need Internet access, visit your local library.
3. Mail entry: On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your name, complete street address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, email address, your review and associated product sku number and then mail the card and the photo to: Write a Review Sweepstakes c/o Successories Inc., 6421 Congress Ave, Ste 206, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Mail entries must be postmarked and received by December 31, 2026. One entry per envelope is permitted.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. This Promotion is open only to natural persons who (i) are legal United States residents (except for residents of Rhode Island), (ii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, (iii) have agreed to these Official Rules, and (iv) for entries online, agree to the Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") posted at the Website. Employees of Successories and their respective immediate families, including household members, agents of Successories and their respective affiliates, parent organizations, subsidiaries, divisions, trade partners and other vendors, and advertising and promotion agencies and associated marketing firms are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Successories reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the Prize winner.

This Promotion permits multiple entries per person for the time period of said promotion. All entries are the exclusive property of Successories and will not be returned.

Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made by such methods. Successories will not verify receipt of entries. Successories is not responsible for lost, late misdirected, illegible, or damaged mailed entries. Any attempted form of entry into this Promotion other than as described herein, and any incomplete entry, is void. Entries that are in violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use posted at the Website will be disqualified. Should Successories suspect or determine actual or attempted (i) fraud, tampering, or impairment or disruption of the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, or (ii) violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use, Successories reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant, or suspend or prohibit the participation of any person, who Successories determines, in its sole discretion, is responsible or otherwise involved with such acts.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

CONSENT TO PUBLICITY AND USE: Except where prohibited, registration for this Promotion constitutes each entrant's consent to Successories' use of his or her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information (including, without limitation, hometown and state) and photograph for promotional purposes in any media (including on the Website or on any of Successories affiliated sites or social media outlets) without further payment or consideration. Entrants specifically acknowledge and agree that Successories may utilize information obtained from the entrant's entry form in order to contact entrant and/or to offer Successories' products or services.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNER: Subject to these Official Rules, a designated Successories official will select the Prize winner by random drawing from among all eligible entrants by June 1, 2026. The Prize will be awarded within 60 days of notification. The Prize winner does not have to be present at the time of the drawing.

On or about forty-eight (48) hours after the determination of the Prize winner, the Prize winner will be notified by email or telephone. The Prize winner must claim his or her prize within ten (10) business days after the date of Successories' first notification attempt, which shall be the date notification is sent if by email, and the date the call was placed to the winner, if by phone. The Prize winner must claim the Prize at Successories' offices, located at 6421 Congress Ave, Ste 206, Boca Raton, FL 33487. If the Prize winner is unable to come to that location to claim the Prize, he or she may call Successories at 1-800-535-2773 to make alternate arrangements, if available, to claim the Prize within the ten (10) business day period described above.

If a potential Prize winner fails to claim the Prize within the ten (10) business day period of time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules or the Terms of Use, or meet their requirements, the potential Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize winner, randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Successories' sole discretion, will be contacted. Successories' decisions with respect to the Prize winner and other matters pertaining to this Promotion shall be final.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIZE WINNER: The Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability for Participation, Publicity and Use (the "Affidavit") as a part of determining the Prize winner's eligibility and, prior to, and as a condition of, his or her acceptance and use of the Prize. If the Affidavit and all required documents are not completed as specified, are not received by Successories within fourteen (14) days of notification, or after Successories' receipt of the Affidavit from the Prize winner, the Prize winner is found to be an ineligible entrant, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize winner, randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Successories' sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries will be contacted.

TO RECEIVE PRIZE WINNER'S NAME OR OFFICIAL RULES: To request the name of a Prize winner or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Show Us Your Successories Sweepstakes C/O Successories Inc., 6421 Congress Ave, Ste 206, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Please specify whether you are requesting the name of a Prize winner or a copy of the Official Rules. Requests for the name of the Prize winner must be received by Successories at the address above by January 15, 2026. Requests for a copy of these Official Rules received more than ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period will not be honored.

SPONSOR: Successories is the sponsor of this Promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Florida law governs this Promotion. Void where prohibited. Successories reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures, or any other factor beyond Successories' reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Promotion, as determined by Successories in its sole discretion, or if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion as determined by Successories, in its sole discretion. In such event, Successories reserves the right to the Prize at random from among any eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or in any other method selected by Successories, in its sole discretion. Successories reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the date of the Promotion Period, with or without notice, in the event of technical failure, or for any other reason. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Successories' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver Successories' ability to enforce its rights. Any taxes due on the Prize won will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize is non-transferable, except in accordance with the laws of descent and distribution, and may not be substituted, except by Successories, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Successories will not enter into correspondence, including email, regarding this Promotion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained within these Official Rules. Expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. All taxes, fees and surcharges related to the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize cannot be used in connection with any other promotion or offer.

DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or Florida state courts of record in Palm Beach County, Florida, (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event shall such costs include attorneys' fees, and (iii) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, indirect, special, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses described in subsection (ii), above) and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Successories in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. All Florida state and local laws and regulations apply.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE: Each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Successories, its affiliates, parent organizations, subsidiaries and divisions and their respective representatives, attorneys, assigns, agents and licensees and their respective affiliates, equity holders, officers, directors, managers, agents, co-branders, associated marketing firms, advertisers and sponsors or other partners, and any of their employees (each, including Successories, a "Released and Indemnified Party," collectively, including Successories, the "Released and Indemnified Parties"), harmless from and against any and all rights, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, claims, causes of action, actions and suits of any kind whatsoever (no matter whether at law or equity), fees, costs and attorneys' fees (including appellate level) whatsoever (each, a "Claim," collectively, "Claims"), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Released and Indemnified Parties arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with the entrant's entry in the Promotion, participation in the Promotion, the Promotion, the Prize, and/or use or misuse of the Prize.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless each Released and Indemnified Party from and against any injury, loss, claim, cause of action, or damages, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death or property damage, arising out of or in connection with, indirectly or directly: (i) entry or participation in this Promotion and (ii) acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Successories is not responsible for: (i) electronic, human, United States Postal Service, equipment programming or other error, omission, interruption, defect or delay which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of any entry, the Prize, in the Official Rules, or in any other materials related to the Promotion, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any electronic equipment, computer, Internet, Web site, network, hardware or software, a computer virus, bug or other technical problem, (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Promotion, (iv) any entrant's conduct in connection with this Promotion, (v) any printing, typographical, technical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion or the Prize, (vi) incorrect, inaccurate, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, or (vii) any death, injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant's entry or participation in this Promotion or use or misuse of the Prize.
