What is a custom brick build?
A custom brick build is a LEGO-compatible construction kit designed specifically around your brand, product, facility, or milestone. Each kit is created from scratch and engineered to be built, displayed, and remembered.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 250 kits. Price breaks are available at higher volumes, with strong savings at 500, 1,000, and 3,000 units.
What sizes are available?
There are three standard size tiers, with larger builds available if needed.
- Small: Fun and quick builds with a minimum of 100 bricks. Finished size is approximately 3–4 inches.
- Medium: More detailed builds with approximately 200–300 bricks. Finished size is approximately 5–7 inches.
- Large: Showstopper builds with 300 or more bricks. Finished size is approximately 7–12 inches.
Brick counts may vary slightly based on the final design.
What is included in each kit?
Each kit includes LEGO-compatible brick pieces packaged in clear poly bags, a printed full-color instruction booklet, and custom decal transfer stickers. Standard packaging is a mailing box, with templates available for custom design.
What packaging options are available?
Box mailers are standard and can be custom designed. Smaller kits can also be packaged in clamshells or solid color poly bags. Packaging templates are available to streamline the process.
How does the custom build process work?
The process follows four stages:
- Concept & Details - You share the concept, reference images, approximate size, quantities, and desired in-hands date.
- Set-Up & Design - A design agreement and fee apply. You receive up to two 3D design concepts, with revisions as needed. This stage typically takes 7–10 days.
- Production - Once the design is approved, production begins after receipt of a purchase order and payment. Packaging, decals, and instruction booklets are finalized during this phase. Production typically takes 50–70 days.
- Shipping - Shipping method is selected based on timing and budget.
What shipping options are available?
Two shipping options are available:
- Air Freight: Approximately 7–10 days
- Ocean Freight: Approximately 30–45 days
What fees should I expect?
A one-time set-up and design fee applies. This includes the 3D model, custom box design, decal transfer sticker design, and instruction booklet design. Additional handling fees apply when shipping to multiple addresses.
What type of bricks are used?
Standard builds use high-quality LEGO-compatible bricks that offer a wide range of colors, specialty pieces, and quantity discounts. LEGO® brand bricks may be available upon request but often have limited color and piece availability and do not qualify for quantity discounts.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Kits can be shipped to multiple addresses. A handling charge applies for each additional shipping location.
