Great product, poor service

Product is of high quality. Shipping is reasonably priced and quick. However customer service is non responsive. I emailed them prior to ordering, asking if they could custom make a product. Over a month and I never received a response. I sent a subsequent email hoping the non response was a one off. Still nothing. As long as your sure you won't need to contact them, you should be fine.
